Caritas Plymouth is one of 22 diocesan Caritas organisations who form part of the Caritas Social Action Network (CSAN) in England and Wales.
Caritas Social Action Network is an agency of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales, and an independent charity. It is a member of Caritas Internationalis, within the Caritas Europa group.
The Diocese of Plymouth stretches from the Isles of Scilly in Cornwall to Bournemouth in Dorset. It includes all of Devon, all of Cornwall and parts of Dorset. The Diocese includes 32 Catholic primary and 6 Catholic secondary schools.
The ninth Bishop of Plymouth is the Right Reverend Mark O’Toole.
